Parts & Service Director - Wisconsin Facility.

Drive Operations. Lead a Team. Represent a Trusted Name in Food Equipment.

Biro of Chicago Inc., a respected leader in food equipment distribution across the Midwest for over 40 years, is expanding leadership at our Wisconsin location (The Workers of Wisconsin). We're seeking a dynamic Parts & Service Director to oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive customer satisfaction, and lead a skilled technical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support technicians, ensuring jobs stay on track and on budget.
• Collaborate with customers to identify parts and provide solutions using technical schematics.
• Maintain high standards in inventory, invoicing, and job profitability.
• Manage installations, service dispatching of technicians, and e-commerce operations.
• Own the upkeep of our warehouse, website, and Vision ERP system.
• Ability to perform service in the field if needed or if a job requires an extra hand.
• Foster smooth coordination with our Chicago headquarters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a service-oriented or technical environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with food equipment sales or service operations.
• Experience as a service technician, repairing equipment in the field.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 to 75lbs and work flexible hours when needed.
