**Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Representative**
**Position Type:** Full-Time
**Compensation:** $16 per hour, plus a monthly New Customer Bonus with the potential for a salaried position for the right candidate.
**Location:** On-site (This position is NOT remote.)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by answering calls and addressing inquiries.
- Process orders accurately and follow procedures to communicate customer concerns effectively.
- Enter data for email, phone, and online orders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while performing all job duties efficiently.
- Reach out to potential customers to build new business relationships.
- Occasionally attend industry networking events and trade shows.
- Assist with various warehouse duties as needed, including quality assurance checks and helping customers with pickups and returns.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong telephone communication skills and proficiency with computers and the internet.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
- Skilled in asking clear and leading questions to identify and resolve customer concerns quickly.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
- Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday, with the ability to work extended shifts during peak seasons.
- Previous experience in retail customer service is preferred but not required.
