PRN Physical Therapist at COTTONWOOD HEALTH AND REHABILITATION As a Physical Therapist, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. You'll evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other care professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric setting preferred.
• Ability to remain composed and responsive in dynamic healthcare environments.
