We are seeking a Full-Time File Clerk and Warranty Asst. to assist with maintaining our Service Department records. This is an excellent entry-level position with opportunity for advancement, no experience required! Full-time File Clerk and Warranty Assistant Will Receive:

Full-time File Clerk and Warranty Assistant Responsibilities

• File and Organize Service Records
• Assist the managers with Warranty claims
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Excellent Written and Oral Communication
• Professional Demeanor and Appearance
• Experience with DealerTrack, Xtime, Microsoft 365 a plus
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
