Part-Time Social Media & Administrative Assistant
Grayslake, IL (Hybrid - 2 Days Remote, 1 Day In-Office)
$20 per hour | 3 Days Per Week

A high-end interior design firm in Grayslake, IL, is looking for a Part-Time Social Media & Administrative Assistant to support both our digital presence and daily operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in social media and administrative work while contributing to a creative and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

Social Media Management - Assist with content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Trend Monitoring - Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
Administrative Support - Help organize digital and physical files, manage calendars, and assist with day-to-day office tasks.
Client Communications - Support client interactions, follow-ups, and general correspondence as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Previous experience in social media, marketing, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Compensation:

3 days per week (flexible schedule - 2 days remote, 1 day in-office).
$20 per hour
